  I was impressed by the cleanliness of and selection available at your store. Not what one would expect at a previously owned appliance store. But I was most impressed by the way you handled the minor problem we had with our dryer. I didn't expect you to tell me you'd get right on it when I called, that hasn't been my experience with other places I've done business with. I certainly didn't expect you to call back in five minutes to tell me the part would be in Tuesday and a tech would be out to solve the problem. I definitely didn't expect to get a call from your tech on Monday wanting to come out and fix it. Good people selling good merchandise plus good customer service equals 5 stars.
